User Rights

If you are concerned about your data, you have the right to request access to the personal data which we may hold or process about you. You have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your data free of charge. As a BIKJAA user, you have the right to ask us to delete your data held by us. In the event you wish to have your data deleted, you may contact us thorugh our contact us form OR call our customer services at +92-4232102050 OR email us at . Our customer service agent will reach out to you to assist you with the process. It will take 10 working days from the receipt of your Deletion Request to delete your data. Besides that, you can delete or deactivate your account from the application yourself (for now, you can delete your account from iOS app and website, For Android, please wait, it is under development).
